Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is framed in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and applicable circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

We strive to maintain full transparency in our fee structure, services, and investor grievance redressal. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments for our services.

1. No Refund Policy for Monthly/Weekly Plan

• All fees paid towards our research services are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, once the payment has been made and access to services has been provided.
• This is in line with SEBI guidelines that prohibit assured returns, performance-linked fees, or guarantees of profit.

2. Service Delivery

• Services will be delivered strictly as per the subscription plan chosen by the client.

3. Exceptions If Payment has done for annual and client want to discontinue its service before payment term. Early Termination & Fee Calculation

• If a client who has paid fees on an annual basis wishes to discontinue the service before the end of the paid year, the client may do so by submitting a written request for discontinuation.
• The effective date of discontinuation will be the first calendar day of the month following acceptance of the request, subject to the notice deadlines below. Fees for the final month(s) will be calculated on a monthly basis (pro-rata is not applied within a month; the month is treated as a full month) from the start of the month in which termination takes effect.
• Notice deadline: To have the discontinuation take effect from the 1st day of the next calendar month, the client must deliver a written request on or before the 29th day of the current month. Requests received after the 29th of the month will be acknowledged and processed for termination starting the first day of the following calendar month (i.e., one month later).
• Where applicable, any refundable balance after deducting the applicable monthly fees will be returned to the client within the standard refund processing timeline set out in this agreement. Any non-refundable fees, statutory taxes, or applicable administrative charges will be deducted as per the pricing schedule.
• The client must submit the written discontinuation request by email to [designated email] or by registered post to [designated address]; informal notifications (voice call, SMS, chat) are not sufficient. The company will confirm receipt and the effective termination date in writing.

Full Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If a client has mistakenly made more than one payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the client’s account, the same will be reversed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
